Keg Services
Our automated keg operation, upgraded in early 2021, improves safety, quality and productivity at our London based brewery. This state-of-the-art technology increases efficiency and improves flavour retention in kegged products.
Our upgraded kegging system has an advanced cleaning facility that sterilises kegs using pressurised steam at a 130-degree heat. This treatment enhances our already exceptionally high-quality standards. Even with the slightest compromise, we can identify keg sterility and stability to ensure consistency and quality.
Our new keg system guarantees an exceptional degree of consistency in results. Switching from a manual operation to an automated process reduces the need for hard labour by assisting staff in the heavy lifting of kegs, allowing us to fill an impressive 60 kegs an hour efficiently and safely.
