What happens once I've downloaded the app?

Fill in the registration form to enquire about creating a Lion Little World Beverages account.

I'm an existing customer, do I still need to do this?

Yes - alternatively speak to your Account Manager or our Sales Support Team

What happens when I have submitted my account request?

Hold tight - we'll be in touch to help.

Help! I can’t remember my password!

Hit the Forgot Password button when opening the app, it will send you an email to reset your password.

What if the product I want to order isn't listed?

Speak to our Sales Support Team or your Account Manager, the product you want may not be available from our depot just yet.

Why can't I add an order to my basket?

When adding a product, make sure to select and use the + button to add the correct quantity and then simply click Add to Cart.

How to log in and place an order?

Open the app, use your email and password to login, start browsing and add products to your cart.

If I own multiple venues, how do I switch between sites?

From the top of the homepage you should be able to see Current Venue Name - Change - click this button to switch between the sites you are managing.

What if another site I own isn't listed in my list of venues?

If you'd like to start ordering for an additional site please contact us using the app form or drop the Sales Support  Team an email.

Can I save my favourite products?

Not yet however we're working on it.

How do I reorder?

From the bottom tabs, select the Account section then scroll down to Order History, your latest order delivered will come up at the top of the list, you can hit the Reorder button to add all items to your cart.

How do I check my order history?

From the bottom tabs, select the Account section then scroll down to Order History, your latest order delivered will come up at the top of the list.

How do I change my delivery address?

On checkout, select default or enter a brand new address. If you are adding a brand new address please confirm your opening hours in the Delivery Note section.

How do I ask for extra badges or POS

Add a request in the order comments. 

What if I need you to use a PO/Reference number in my invoice?

Enter the required reference number in the Reference/PO number box, this will automatically come up as your invoice reference.

How do I return my empties?

From the bottom tabs, select the Account section then scroll down to Help, then select the correct enquiry and enter your details, including amount of empties to uplift and preferred collection days.

How do I preorder a special release product?

Whenever we have a new product available for pre-orders you will see a feature on your homepage, click the link to register your interest and we'll save you some stock.

Can I check my statement?

No, please contact our Receivables and Accounts Department to acquire an updated statement.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Not yet, sorry. We'll hopefully have this function in place in a future update.
