With more than 20 years’ experience in beer, most recently heading up Lion’s craft portfolio in Australia, Gordon brings a wealth of knowledge from the dynamic Antipodean market that he translates to the rapidly growing UK craft sector. Irish born but having spent 10 years living in Australia, his vast knowledge from the global craft sector through to the unique market that is the UK, sets him in good stead at the helm of the UK operation.

With over three years at Lion Little World Beverages, Nicole brings with her a wealth and breadth of retail sales experience across multi markets, high street and multiples. Nicole’s role means she’s at the coal face of the very latest in off-trade sales from the big four through to convenience and DTC services.

Chris Beaver

Head of On-Trade, Lion Little World Beverages

With over 12 years’ experience working in the on-trade space from SABMiller and Aspalls to Green King, Chris oversees all on-trade customer relations across the brand portfolio working to provide pubs, bars and broader HORECA outlets with bespoke solutions and keeping them up to date with the latest products and offerings from Fourpure, Magic Rock, Little Creatures and Voodoo Ranger. His role also includes managing worldwide export of these beers to countries around the globe.

Amy Clarkson

Area Sales Manager, Lion Little World Beverages

Amy is an Area Sales Manager for Lion Little World Beverage, based in the North of the UK. She has a background in Restaurant and Bar Management and has been working in the drinks industry for nearly 10 years. 
She began specialising in Craft Beer Sales when she took her first Account Manager position with Cave Direct North before joining our Little World in 2019. Amy enjoys building long lasting relationships with and supporting some of the most exciting bars and restaurants the North has to offer.

Joe Fretwell

Digital Lead Hunter, Lion Little World Beverages

After a number of visits as a fan drinking in our Taproom, Joe joined the Magic Rock sales team in 2018 from his previous role as a manager in BrewDog’s Leeds bars. He has since been involved in all aspects of the Sales department, including managing new leads and accounts, and is often one of the first points of contact for many of our key customers.

Vik Kastenbauer Stronge

Brand Manager, Magic Rock Brewing Co.

Vik knows her beer! With 15 years of experience in the industry, she is a fount of all craft beer knowledge. Her role within the business is broad-ranging, from devising strategy, overseeing the consistency of the Magic Rock Brand to launching new products,  working on sponsorships, creating content and developing new ideas. You might even catch her on the social channels chatting to the public from time to time. 

Grace Whitby

Brand Manager, Fourpure Brewing Co.

Grace is well entrenched in the beer community, with experience working at BrewDog and almost three years at Fourpure, she overseas everything from marketing and output through to social media, taproom events and more.

Chris MacRae

Voodoo Ranger Brand Developer

Chris has worked in the drinks industry since he got his first pub job as a fourteen year old. His marketing experience with the likes of AB InBev has allowed him to work on global events such as Budweiser’s sponsorship of the FIFA World Cup, whilst simultaneously supporting the growth of UK craft as part of the team behind Craft Beer Rising. Voodoo Ranger’s arrival in the UK has him focussed on bringing young drinkers into the craft category through experience-led initiatives.

Rich Burhouse

Founder of Magic Rock Brewing Co.

Confirmed Huddersfield Town FC fan and founder of iconic Northern brewery Magic Rock, Richard is passionate about creating a workplace that encourages creativity and collaboration from the bottom up. He’s been the driving force behind creating a business that’s beloved to Huddersfield residents and involved in so much of local life, on tap in many a local pub, sponsoring a number of local events and even managing a food donation bank via its taproom.

Stuart Ross

Head Brewer, Magic Rock Brewing Co.

At the helm of Magic Rock’s brewing output from day dot, Stuart’s role sees him trialling new hops, creating new beers, overseeing best practise in production and more. He’s been at the forefront of facilitating the brands’ growth over the last 9 years, in terms of maintaining a high-quality product amidst ongoing expansion. As much a fan of a timeless Yorkshire Bitter as a Pale Ale, he’s also a huge a fan of the classic US West Coast IPA.

Christa Sandquist

Head of Production, Operations and Innovation, Magic Rock Brewing Co.

Previously head brewer at Ilkley Brewery before joining Magic Rock in 2016 and has worked in brewing for 11 years. Hailing from Washington State, she started off doing her MSc in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt University, Scotland. In her role, she oversees innovation and recipe creation for new beers, keeping a keen eye on the latest hops and flavours.

Rich Norgate

Creative Director, Magic Rock Brewing Co.

In line with a desire to reflect US beer culture and enhance the UK beer scene, local designer Rich Norgate was commissioned by Magic Rock from day one to create a modern and contemporary look for the brand which would resonate with a new wave of beer drinkers bored by the traditional beer landscape.

John Driebergen

Brewmaster, Fourpure Brewing Co.

John was Fourpure’s third ever employee, after its founders, back in 2013 and he is responsible for overseeing all beer production, from the conception of new ideas and recipes through to the processes used and quality parameters that must be met. He’s passionate about experimenting with new style beers and new hops as well as pushing the boundaries in terms of the techniques the company uses to create brand new beers.

Ollie Parker

Head Brewer, Fourpure Brewing Co.

Ollie began working at Fourpure in 2018, proudly becoming the second ever Head Brewer in December 2019.  He oversees day-to-day production and manages the team at the brewery’s 24 hour site in Bermondsey.  He works closely with the Planning and Engineering teams to ensure beer is produced to the highest possible quality standards every time.   Ollie love to experiment with yeast strains, hops, and the ever-growing range of new and innovative products on the market.

Steve Morris

Head of Operations, Fourpure Brewing Co.

Steve joined Fourpure back in 2015 in the brewery’s infancy and in his role as head of operations has recently overseen a £2.5 million update to the breweries canning and kegging facilities. What Steve doesn’t know about brewing kit, isn’t worth knowing! He oversees all of the breweries production outputs, ensuring they run smoothly and meet world-class standards.

Stefan has a wealth of experience in the hospitality world with a background in leading multi-site operations, a passion for putting the customer first and a focus on nurturing and developing people.  He oversees all Lion Little World Beverages venues in the UK including Little Creatures Regent’s Canal, Fourpure’s Taproom in Bermondsey and Magic Rock’s two taprooms in Huddersfield (at the brewery) and Holmfirth, as well as heading up management of UK webshop operations.

Based in South East London, John is a passionate digital marketing and SEO specialist with over 20 years of experience working both in and around the digital arena. Heading up all D2C and B2B digital activity for Lion Little World, John is obsessed with the design, build and optimisation of flawless, high converting web experiences. From content to engagement, acquisition and retention, he’s working across the full Lion Little World UK website portfolio including Fourpure, Magic Rock Brewing, Little Creatures, New Belgium, and of course, Lion Little World Beverages.
